Shipping Info

The Campus Store is able to ship online purchases within Canada, the United States and internationally. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the destination. Shipped orders require a signature upon delivery so please ensure an adult is present during the estimated delivery time to accept your order.

As a result of COVID-19, all textbook, courseware, e-book and access code purchases must be made online via our website as our physical location remains closed at this time. We encourage you to order your courseware for spring and summer 2021 classes as early as possible to avoid shipping delays.

We anticipate that there may also be some shipping delays both within and outside of Canada as the shipping companies we work with are also experiencing high volumes of deliveries at this time.

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an email from the Campus Store informing you that your order has been shipped so please ensure you provide a valid email address when completing your order.

All of the above costs are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please note that shipping costs do not include customs or import duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please make note that delivery times may be affected during peak periods throughout the year in September, January and winter holidays. Please plan accordingly during these times.

The Campus Store is able to process international orders outside of the United States by request. If you would like to purchase an item to be shipped internationally, please email with a list of items you would like to purchase and we will provide instructions for processing and receiving your order via email. Please note that shipping costs and timelines will vary by location.


All in stock items are typically processed and shipped within three to five business days. These processing and shipping timelines are subject to change. Please note that we are only able to ship items that we currently have in stock and may require additional time to process your order should we be sold out. 

Curbside pick-up for spring and summer 2021 online orders

Students living near campus may take advantage of our curbside pick-up program for online orders beginning May 3. Curbside pick-up is available from the Campus Store at 17 Gould St. Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until May 28. The last day to order items for curbside pick-up is May 21.

Note: once an online order is placed, our staff require approximately three business days to process your order before it is available to be picked up at the Campus Store.

Instructions for picking up your order

To arrange for curbside pick-up, please call the Campus Store at 416-979-5116 with your name and delivery code number (included in the confirmation email you receve when your order is ready to be picked up). Our staff will work with you to determine a date and time for you to pick-up your online order. We are unable to accept drop-in requests for curbside pick-up.

When you arrive at the Campus Store, if there is a queue outside the store please join it and maintain physical distancing between yourself and other students. Students must wear a mask or face covering when in line to pick-up their order from the Campus Store, as per Ryerson's face mask policy.

Once you reach the front of the line, please provide a member of our staff with your full name and delivery code number. A Campus Store staff member will then provide you with your items. You will be required to leave the line immediately upon receiving your order.

Your health and safety is our priority

Our staff are required to abide by strict health and safety procedures including physical distancing, mandatory masks and face coverings, regular hand washing and the disinfection of surfaces in our online order fulfillment stations when packaging your items for delivery.
