Campus Store

Shipping Info

The Campus Store is able to ship online purchases within Canada, the United States and internationally. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the destination. Shipped orders require a signature upon delivery so please ensure an adult is present during the estimated delivery time to accept your order.

As a result of COVID-19, all textbook, courseware, e-book and access code purchases must be made online via our website as our physical location remains closed at this time. We encourage you to order your courseware for fall 2020 classes as early as possible to avoid shipping delays.

Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are anticipating possible delays in processing online orders. Please allow approximately three to five business days for your order to be processed and packaged before being shipped out from the date of your order. We anticipate that there may also be some shipping delays both within and outside of Canada as the shipping companies we work with are also experiencing high volumes of deliveries at this time.

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an email from the Campus Store informing you that your order has been shipped so please ensure you provide a valid email address when completing your order.

Our processing and shipping timelines are subject to change as we anticipate high volumes of online orders in the lead up to September. Please note that we are only able to ship items that we currently have in stock and may require additional time to process your order should we be sold out.

Our curbside pick-up program has ended

Curbside pick-up for online orders from the Campus Store ends September 18 at 4 p.m. Students who order items from the Campus Store website after September 15 will have them delivered to their personal residence.

Students who selected the curbside pick-up option for their online order but did not pick them up from the first floor of the SLC before 4 p.m. on September 18 may pick up their items from the OneCard Office in POD-52A. If this applies to you, please email onecardbookings@ryerson.ca to confirm a date and time to pick-up your online order from POD-52A. To receive your order, you will need to provide the order number you received upon completing payment for your order on the Campus Store website.

Accessing POD-52A

To access POD-52A, please approach the Library Building entrance on Nelson Mandela Walk and press the intercom to be connected to staff from Community Safety and Security. Inform them that you are here to pick-up items you ordered from the Campus Store from the OneCard Office and you will be buzzed in. Please be advised that all community members are required to wear a mask when entering campus buildings.

When you arrive at POD-52A, please join the queue outside the door and maintain physical distancing between yourself and other students. A OneCard staff member will inform you when it is your turn to enter POD-52A.

Once you are allowed to enter POD-52A, please approach the desk and provide OneCard staff with your full name, student number and order number. A OneCard staff member will then provide you items. You will be required to exit POD-52A immediately upon receiving your items.
