In store refunds and exchange policy
With the temporary closure of our physical store due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to process in-person refunds or exchanges. At this time, all returns and exchanges must be completed by mail within 10 business days of purchase as indicated by the return label date of your item. Prior to returning your item by mail, please inform our staff of your intention to return a purchased item by sending an email to campusstore@ryerson.ca.

Textbooks & course books
Textbooks and course books are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credit notes on opened textbooks and course books. All custom course materials are non-refundable.
E-books and access codes
E-books and access codes are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credit notes on these items.
Course and lab manuals
Course and lab manuals are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credit notes on these items.
Computer accessories
Computer accessories are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credit notes on computer accessories.
Clothing
Refunds or exchanges on clothing items must be made within 10 business days of purchase by emailing the Campus Store at campusstore@ryerson.ca for approval of refund. Returned clothing items must be accompanied by a print copy of your online receipt. Returned clothing must not have been worn or washed and must be in their original condition.
Printers and software
Printers and software are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or credit notes on these items.
Calculators
Calculators are final sale. We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on calculators.
Shipping errors and damaged merchandise
If an error was made with your order during the shipping process, we will gladly provide you with a free return label for you to mail your order back to the Campus Store. A refund will be given via the original method of payment within 10 business days.
We will replace damaged merchandise provided that it has been returned to us with the order confirmation within two days of receiving your order. Please take photos of your damaged merchandise and send them with your order confirmation number in an email to campusstore@ryerson.ca.
