Return Policy

In Store Refunds and Exchange Policy

To avoid unnecessary lineups and exchanges, your campus store recommends that students attend classes prior to purchasing any of their books. No refunds or exchanges without the original receipt!


Textbooks & Course Books

Exchange or credit note only within 10 business days provided the book is unmarked and in its original saleable condition. Open packages cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the merchandise is defective.

Refunds will be given on textbooks and course books only if the student provides proof of class cancellation or program withdrawal, provided the book is unmarked and in its original saleable condition, otherwise the 10 business day exchange policy is in effect.


E-book and Access Codes

Final Sale. No refund, no exchange, no credit note.


Used Books

Course and Lab Manual

Final Sale. No refund, no exchange, no credit note.


Non-Course Books

Refunds, exchanges or credit note must be made within 10 business days and must be accompanied by the original receipt. No refunds, exchanges or credit notes on special orders, sale books, magazines. Deposits on special orders will not be refunded once the order has been placed


Non-Book Items

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 business days and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Packaging must be unopened. No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on laminated charts and course kits.


Computer Accessories

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 business days and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Packaging must be unopened.


Clothing

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 business days and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Clothing must not be worn or washed.


Paper, Boards and Writing Instruments

Online Refunds and Exchange Policy

For Online orders the policy is the same as the in store policy. For exchanges and refunds on products that qualify you will have 10 days after you receive your item to return it.
